Seasoned entrepreneur with 20+ years of industry experience across multiple domains that includes logistics, banking, insurance and healthcare. Currently serving as CEO, CargoFL, an AI driven technology ecosystem for logistics enabling businesses achieve significant productivity improvements and cost savings in supply chain. He has a US Patent for Code Accelerator, a technology and process framework helping organizations migrate from one tech stack to another. He is a technologist turned entrepreneur currently exploring and solving problems using technology in the logistics space.

M.S Computer Science ( USC, Los Angeles, USA) 12 years of Working Experience in multiple domains , Technology, Fin-tech , Fashion-tech, Co-working and Social Sector. He has been the forerunner and worked around the clock during Covid 19 to provide the bare essentials to the underprivileged communities and Migrant workers. He has been spearheading awareness and drives for Covid vaccination. Always ready to contribute his man hours and other resources at the time of disaster in the country.

MBA – Business Management from Symbiosis International University Post Graduate Diploma in Labor Laws and Practice from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda under the Faculty of Law. 26 years of Working Experience in Administration/HR/CSR/Financial Accounting /Labor Laws/ Logistic /SEZ /STPI /Import & Export/Custom/DGFT Compliances, Labour Laws, Procurement & Commercial Operations, Vendor Management, Budgeting & MIS

Over three decades of global experience in the field of Information Technology, thrives on building relationships based on trust and credibility, he is also a result-oriented individual with a strong belief in working together to create value for all, for the greater good. He comes from a family with a strong belief and value system of “giving back”. He serves on the board of Global Connections Foundation (US/Kenya) and is volunteering his time for several other non-profits locally in the NJ region.

Shantisagar Kamble brings over 13 years of extensive experience in the social sector, specializing in various fields including Women Empowerment, Health, Livelihood, Sanitation, Environment, Skilling, Education, Gender Equality, Menstrual Health Management, and Government Liaison. His expertise spans proposal and budgeting, strategic planning, execution, and development and humanitarian response. He has collaborated with esteemed organizations such as Adharstambh Foundation, JCB Trust, Nari Samata Manch, and V-Excel Education Trust, making significant contributions to each. He is academically proficient with Diploma in Hearing Language and Speech, B.A in Sociology, PGD in corporate Social Responsibility, Master of Social Work, PGCC in Gender Studies, Diploma in Health and Sanitary Inspector and masters in Pali, Certification in Bramhi Script and Social research and ethics and pursing Bachelor of Legislative Law Shantisagar’s blend of practical experience and academic excellence uniquely positions him to drive impactful social change.

A humanitarian to the core, Bhawna holds a Masters degree in Development Studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. She has also done her M.A in Sociology and has qualified the UGCNET in the subject. She believes that good intent, ethical choices and hardwork do the magic, sooner or later. Each life matters, and no amount of impact is insignificant. She has extensively worked in rural Bihar to understand the social, economical and political issues at the Gram Panchayat level. She enjoys reading about social issues and public policy. She is also a sustainablity enthusaist and actively pursues conversations around ESG. At Spherule, she handles projects on Digital and Financial Literacy, Women’s Reproductive Health, Livelihood, STEM and RWHWASH.

Master of Arts graduate with 10 years of experience in the education sector and school implementation projects. She has been deeply involved in designing, implementing, and managing impactful school-based programs and development initiatives. She has successfully led projects focusing on digital literacy, STEM education, nutrition awareness, and holistic child development.
Her expertise lies in education project management, school improvement planning, and community engagement, ensuring that every initiative creates meaningful learning experiences for students and supports teachers in delivering quality education.

With 15+ years in the social and development sector, Suryakant designs and delivers end-to-end programs across Public Health (Including Mental Health), Quality Education, Skilling & Livelihoods, Environment – E mobility awareness campaigns, and Community Development. He holds a Master’s in Clinical Psychology, a PG Diploma in Corporate Social Responsibility (PGD-CSR), and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). Core competencies include strategy, work planning and budgeting, multi-location field operations, team leadership, government and partner coordination (corporates/CSR, NGOs, social enterprises), Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (KPIs, dashboards, outcome/impact reporting) Grounded in a human-centered, trauma-informed approach with safeguarding embedded throughout the programme cycle, he applies data-driven decision-making and continuous learning to scale what works.
